Bethlehem Roofing and Construction

Your questions, answered

Getting Started

Nothing. Every inspection is completely free, with no obligation to move forward. We’ll walk your roof, document what we find, and give you a straight answer — even if that answer is “you’re fine for now.”

Most inspections take 30–45 minutes, depending on the size and condition of your roof. We’ll walk you through what we found before we leave.

It helps, but it’s not required. If you can’t be there, we’ll send you a full report with photos so you can review everything on your own time.

Insurance & Claims

A roofing inspection itself doesn’t affect your policy. If we find storm or wind damage, we’ll help you understand whether it’s worth filing a claim — and walk you through what that process looks like.

Yes. We’ve worked with insurance adjusters throughout Northeast Georgia and know how to document damage in a way that supports your claim. We can meet the adjuster on-site if needed.

We’ll go over the denial with you and let you know if it’s worth appealing — and if so, what documentation would help your case. We can also refer you to a public adjuster we work with, who can advocate directly on your behalf with the insurance company.

The Work

Not every issue means a full replacement. We’ll always tell you honestly whether you need a repair, a partial replacement, or a full new roof — we’re not going to sell you more than you need.

Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1–2 days, weather permitting.

We serve homeowners throughout Winder, Athens, Oconee County, Braselton, and the surrounding Northeast Georgia area.

Trust & Process

We carry a $1 million general liability policy, so you’re fully protected on every job. Georgia doesn’t require roofing contractors to be state-licensed, but we hold ourselves to a higher standard — our team stays current through ongoing training and continued education beyond what the state requires. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance and answer any questions before work begins.

No. We’ll give you our honest assessment and a clear estimate — the decision on timing is always yours.

Of course — warranty specifics are always disclosed in your client agreement before work begins.
