We’re not a franchise, and we’re not passing through. We live here, we’re raising our kids here, and we’ve built our business the same way we build every roof — to last.

Bethlehem Roofing & Construction opened in October 2021 as One Tree Roofing, when Alex left a project management role at his cousin’s company to build something of his own. He’d worked in roofing since 2015, learning the trade from the ground up before ever putting his name on a truck. Cassidy took on the business side — client communication, marketing, and making sure every homeowner knows exactly what to expect — so the two of them could build a company that did things differently: honest assessments, real communication, no shortcuts.
As we’ve grown, we’ve rebranded to Bethlehem Roofing & Construction — same team, same standards, new name.
Meet the Owners
Alex Ramos, Owner — Originally from Honduras, Alex brings years of hands-on roofing experience to every job, having worked across nearly every aspect of the trade since 2015. He leads every project with the same standard: do it right, or don’t do it.
Cassidy Farwell-Ramos, Co-Owner — Cassidy handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the business running smoothly — from client communication to making sure every homeowner knows exactly what to expect. She and Alex met in high school and have built both a family and a business together since.

Bethlehem Roofing & Construction is proud to call Bethlehem, Georgia home. And when we began developing our identity, the connection to Bethlehem’s shepherd imagery felt natural.
But for us, the shepherd represents more than where our name comes from. A shepherd is entrusted with something important. They stay attentive, protect what is vulnerable, and take responsibility for what has been placed in their care.
That’s how we believe a roofing contractor should treat your home. When you trust us with your roof, you’re trusting us with one of the most important things you own. Our job is to do the work right, communicate honestly, and give you confidence that your home is in good hands.
There’s also a little more to our sheep.
We’re all familiar with the idea of counting sheep to fall asleep. And that’s where our promise comes in.
